  • Full Hook-Up RV Spot:
    $600 per month / $150 per week
    (Includes water, electricity, sewer, and trash)
  • Community Amenities:
    • Access to cook house and laundry facilities
    • Outdoor seating and relaxation area
    • Quiet, safe environment
  • Utilities:
    Included in monthly rent

RV Park Rules and Regulation

  • General Conduct

    • All tenants and guests must act respectfully toward others.
    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive behavior.

    • No illegal activity is permitted on the premises.

  • RV Standards & Occupancy

    • Only one (1) owner-occupied, road-ready RV is allowed per pad.

    • RVs must be kept in good repair and appearance at all times.

    • No permanent structures, decks, or fencing may be installed without written permission from the Landlord.

    • Maximum continuous occupancy may not exceed 180 days, unless otherwise permitted by Cameron Parish ordinance.

  • Site Maintenance

    • Tenants must keep their assigned pad and surrounding area clean, neat, and free of debris.

    • All trash must be placed in designated containers and disposed of regularly.

  • Vehicles & Parking

    • Only vehicles registered to the Tenant or their guests may be parked on the premises.

    • Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or other pads.

  • Utilities & Hookups

    • Use only approved cords and hoses for electric, water, and sewer connections.

    • Do not tamper with utility equipment or make unauthorized modifications.

    • All connections must comply with parish codes and inspection requirements.

    • Report utility issues or leaks to management immediately.

  • Waste Disposal

    • No dumping of gray or black water except through approved, sealed sewer connections.

    • Large or special waste (such as furniture or appliances) must be disposed of off-site at Tenant’s expense.

    • Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly.

  • Pets

    • Pets are permitted but must be leashed and under control at all times.

    • Tenants must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb others.

    • Aggressive animals are not permitted. Landlord is not liable for any incidents involving pets.

  • Compliance

    • All tenants must comply with posted rules, parish ordinances, and any additional requirements imposed by Cameron Parish officials.

    • Violations may result in fines, loss of privileges, or termination of tenancy.

Utility Hookup & Waste Disposal Guidelines

  • Electrical

    • Use only the assigned pedestal and heavy-duty, outdoor-rated cords (max 50 amps).

    • No tampering or overloading. Report issues to management.

  • Water

    • Use potable hoses with secure, leak-free connections.

    • No unauthorized plumbing changes. Report leaks promptly.

  • Sewer

    • Use sealed, approved hoses for all sewer connections.

    • No dumping on the ground or into drains. Report clogs or leaks.

  • Trash & Waste

    • Bag household trash and use designated containers.

    • Dispose of bulky or hazardous items off-site.

    • Clean up pet waste immediately.

  • General

    • Follow posted instructions and parish codes.

    • Improper use may result in fines, loss of privileges, or liability for damages.

Laundry/Utilities Shack Rules

  • Hours of operation: 24/7

  • Use is limited to park tenants only

  • Do not overload machines or use for non-standard items

  • Clean lint traps and wipe down after use

  • Be courteous—remove laundry promptly, no unattended items

  • No smoking, alcohol, or pets in the facility

  • Report malfunctions to management

  • No tampering with machines/electrical outlets

  • Children under 14 must be supervised

  • Keep area clean and free of trash

  • Use at your own risk; landlord not responsible for lost/damaged items

  • Violation may result in loss of privileges

Cameron Parish Compliance

  • Tenant must comply with all Cameron Parish ordinances, permits, and park regulations.

  • Maximum occupancy, pad size, and utility hookups must meet parish requirements.

  • No occupancy beyond 179 consecutive days unless parish code allows.

  • All waste disposal and utilities must follow parish codes and inspection standards.

  • Violations may result in fines or termination of tenancy by parish authorities.
