Exhibit A: RV Park Rules & Regulations

General Conduct
-
All tenants and guests must act respectfully toward others.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive behavior.

No illegal activity is permitted on the premises.

RV Standards & Occupancy
-
Only one (1) owner-occupied, road-ready RV is allowed per pad.
-
RVs must be kept in good repair and appearance at all times.
-
No permanent structures, decks, or fencing may be installed without written permission from the Landlord.
-
Maximum continuous occupancy may not exceed 180 days, unless otherwise permitted by Cameron Parish ordinance.

Site Maintenance

Tenants must keep their assigned pad and surrounding area clean, neat, and free of debris.
-
All trash must be placed in designated containers and disposed of regularly.

Vehicles & Parking
-
Only vehicles registered to the Tenant or their guests may be parked on the premises.

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or other pads.

Utilities & Hookups
-
Use only approved cords and hoses for electric, water, and sewer connections.
-
Do not tamper with utility equipment or make unauthorized modifications.
-
All connections must comply with parish codes and inspection requirements.

Report utility issues or leaks to management immediately.

Waste Disposal
-
No dumping of gray or black water except through approved, sealed sewer connections.
-
Large or special waste (such as furniture or appliances) must be disposed of off-site at Tenant’s expense.

Pet waste must be collected and disposed of properly.

Pets
-
Pets are permitted but must be leashed and under control at all times.
-
Tenants must clean up after their pets and ensure they do not disturb others.
-
Aggressive animals are not permitted. Landlord is not liable for any incidents involving pets.

Compliance
-
All tenants must comply with posted rules, parish ordinances, and any additional requirements imposed by Cameron Parish officials.

Violations may result in fines, loss of privileges, or termination of tenancy.
